Not her best set ( lights are too bright for her fair skin) but Carinela is still on of my favorites, natural. More (fake) redheads please!
Thank You Catherine for shooting one of my favorite views of a woman's body. Pic 110 is beautiful. this is such an under used angle to shoot the full body from.
Can't help but feel that I've seen this all before, although the series with the chocolates at the end was a nice touch.
In today's discussion of Natasha Schon's set, Rose had mentioned that Natasha told her that she doesn't do "vulgar" shots anymore and doesn't consider them to be art. I don't want to disparage Natasha's style and her artistic choices, as I believe that some of her images are stunningly beautiful. But today's (or any other) set by Catherine, who, as we know, always has plenty of explicit images in her sets, proves to me that explicit doesn't equal vulgar. It's all in the attitude of the photographer and the model.
But then, again, I don't believe that any body part is intrinsically more vulgar than any other.
I agree. Yes, "vulgar" is entirely a matter of opinion. But Natasha doesn't say exactly what she thinks of as vulgar; it could be not only what is shown but how it is shown. Breasts filmed by David Lynch, to me, look classier than breasts which are filmed by Girls Gone Wild. But the term "vulgar" can imply a hint of immorality, which gets a little silly when your speaking merely of images, and images of nude adults at that. It makes me ill to read what passes for "theory" in the world of art criticism, when it is often nothing more than name-calling.
Just to clarify, Natasha did not say that the work of other photographers on MetArt was vulgar. I think we all know the kind of thing she was referring to! And I would agree with lember92, Catherine's work is not vulgar, because she takes care to present her models in an attractive way. Absolutely, it is all in the attitude! :-)
My rant was not directed at Natasha, but at those who are against this sort of work in general, who use words like "dehumanizing" to describe an image of an unclothed woman sitting on a couch. I would imagine that most members of Metart have an artistic background, myself being no exception, and have received much of this hostility. Whenever such a discussion arises it opens the floodgates in my mind of all the cruel nonsense directed at me in the guise of supposed "theory." But one cannot argue with someone who does not use "arguments," and I wish those who love to call names would learn what a "theory" actually is and not confuse it with an "idea."
Anyway, I do enjoy Natasha's work, and of course Catherine's, and I'm sure both would understand the frustration with certain members of society who want brand all erotic art as immoral.
I believe it is a product of all the elements combined as well as the mind of the person viewing them. Art is extremely subjective. One mans art is another man's trash. For me Catherine's work is elegant and a true study of the female body with all of it's parts displayed in a very feminine and tasteful manor. Vulgar is not a term I would use for any of her work or her models. They are a work of love and a salute to the feminine body in all it's fascinating glory.
In the end Vulgar is in the eyes and attitude of the beholder.
Hear, hear, Hipshot! I couldn't agree more heartily.
Would like to get to know well both North anf South CarinellaThe Seller
Truly states of bliss, my friend...
Good point about Caprice from yesterday, guess he just frustrates me (for the past 7 years)that she can look so stunning when she actually smiles. Will take your advise and LET IT GO!! :-) ok, I feel better.
I suggest taking a trial membership to ALSScan, "Little Caprice" has some stunning sets there where she deploys her megawatt smile quite prodigiously! (:
Stunning, smooth, athletic beauty - what a body, what a face....
Love the black g string - goes nicely with Carinela's hair colour. Pity we couldn't have enjoyed a few more frames, especially rear views, before she stepped out of it - nice set though

I agree 1,000% about the black g string. A white g string, of the same material, would not have gone so nicely with Carinela's hair. But it would certainly be an instant member of my appreciation for lingerie that covers ~ but does not hide ~ what's inside.
Composed! Charismatic! Comely! Callipygian! Cookies!
Checkers: concupiscent craving. :)
I C what you did there, Checkers! :D
Magwich would / will be proud of Checkers.
What a stunning set of photos. Catherine you have captured the best of a beautiful lady. Now I need to be crude, image 94 is better than any chocolate for me, I love that triangle of brown flesh around her anus and it is pure fantasy to think of licking and tasting that spot 8)
If you like this set I highly suggest Eudico W/Carinela on SexArt.
Carinela is one of my favorite Catherine models. So lovely, so well formed and exquisitely conditioned. Add to that a wonderful personality and a very open and inviting attitude and you have a world class model shot by a world class photographer. Another great effort from 2 of my favorite Metart ladies.
PS whoever does her hair color for her is a real artist. I love it!
First of all Carinela is a beautiful young woman.
Went back to several sets earlier in the year and 2014. Please consider as a constructive comment. Believe her dark roots hairstyle color does not look as spectacular in this set as the consistent color did earlier. Actually, one color of her natural shade may be nice.
Hear hear here; both for ban the dark roots hairstyle, as well as one shade of her natural color.
Agreed, the hair color is gorgeous, and don't these soft shades of blue and green suit her perfectly!
Really liked #83-94 and especially 93 !!!
Mmmmmmm.... the lovely, statuesque Carinela, in bed... need I say more?
Having said so, I must laugh at the way Catherine put that poor plate of chocolates next to Carinela showing us her thong... as if there were any contest! Carinela wins hands-down every time! Might as well just throw the poor chocolates out, as far as I'm concerned. (:
I agree, my comment is in the same vein
Stunning set as ever Catherine .Great work
There is problem with high resolution download today on both EA and MA .What a pity.
The download seems to be working fine, Ergo... if you are still having problems please contact the Customer Care team at support.metart.com and they will be happy to help :-)
It is difficult for me to write about this gallery without repeating myself and, or, babbling.
Short version: This is another wonderful collaboration between two lovely ladies. There are so many wonderful portrait worthy images, like # 125 (if only the entirety of Carinela's head and hair had been included...). A special shout out to Catherine for not going overboard in the post shoot touch ups.
Girl power! Thanks to all the ladies involved in making today's visit possible.
Baggy... and how about shot # 3? How many MA artists deliberately shoot profiles? (:
# 3 and the others like it are classics. I wonder what it would look like if Carinela's hair had been tucked behind her ear?
Our eyes think alike.
Carinela was first published on the 26th of November 2014, this is her anniversary celebration. I love Carinela's beautiful shade of red hair and her perfect fit athletic figure. In this set, Carinela presents a wonderfully pleasant happy and inviting personality. Very nice.
If you can get past the dark roots, parted down the middle
